Delete Your Kindwren Account

In the app

Open Settings, then Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

By email

If you can't access the app, email support@kindwren.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (your name, birth year, and email address).
• All of your conversations with Wren.
• Any life-story or memory entries you've saved.

What we keep

We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and anonymized data that can no longer identify you.

Automatic deletion

If your subscription lapses and isn't renewed, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted 90 days after your paid access ends.
